The XXXIX International Symposium on Physics in Collision 2019 (PIC 2019) will be held at  Department of Physics, National Taiwan University in Taipei on September 16-20, 2019. The aim of the meeting is to gather world leading experts on accelerator and particle phenomenology to discuss important issues in physics. Invited speakers will review what we have learned from current collider experiments and provide perspectives for future directions. All the talks will be published in the form of proceedings, which will serve as a valuable reference for further research. The International Symposium on Physics in Collision (PIC) is a conference whose focus is to update key topics in elementary particle physics in which recent results are presented. Invited speakers give plenary reviews on current topics in elementary particle physics and astrophysics with the aim of encouraging informal discussions of new experimental results and their implications.
